Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

The customer will be charged for the packaging and courier of their item/s to an address in New Zealand.

Items can be couriered anywhere in New Zealand.

Items can be collected from the studio in Te Awamutu by prior arrangement.

Every effort is made to package items in a way that protects them during transport.

Items can be courier as a gift with a personalised message if requested, an invoice will not be included.



Exchanges and returns will not be accepted unless their is a fault with the item purchased.

Items can only be returned if the incorrect product has been dispatched. Mountain View Pottery NZ will cover the cost to return and resend the correct item if the error is theirs.

Purchases are final so please read the descriptions and view the photos carefully.

Pottery Classes

Cancellations that are received up to 48 hours prior to the session/class start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations that are received less than 48 hours prior to the session/class start time will not receive a refund.

Finished pieces will be made available for collection with in 10 days of the final session/class.

The price of the session/class includes clay, glaze, and 2 x firings of the pieces made during the session/class.
